Kanitta brings her extensive experience from the popular Tong Thai restaurant, while Aaron contributes his marketing expertise from organizing Kettering’s annual Jerk Food and Rum Festival. Their collaboration has resulted in a menu that offers both traditional dishes and innovative fusion creations, such as a dark red rum drink combining Caribbean sorrel and Thai sugar.
